The Full Skin Cycle Guarantee

Use it every day for 2 months. That's about two full skin cycles, long enough to actually tell if it's doing anything. If your skin's no different by then, or it's still leaving a greasy film like every lotion, email us and we'll give you every cent back. You won't need to ship the tub back, fill in a form, or argue with anyone. If it's not for you, we don't want to keep your money. That's about as fair as we can make it.

Where we ship, and how long it takes

We ship across the US. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours, and once it's moving it usually lands at your door in 2-4 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it's on its way.

If it doesn't show up

If it hasn't turned up 14 days after we shipped it, email us and another one goes out. You won't have to chase the carrier for us.

If it says delivered but you've got nothing

Carriers sometimes scan a parcel delivered a day or two early, so give it 48 hours and check the porch and with neighbors. Still nothing? Email us and we'll get another one sent right away.

If the address was off

Double-check your address at checkout. It's the one thing we can't see for you. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or missing something, we'll resend it the moment you send the right one. The reship cost is on you there, but only there.

If it arrives damaged or wrong

Check it when it lands. If something's damaged or we sent the wrong thing, email a photo to hello@getrendered.co and we'll swap it or refund it, whichever you'd rather.

Getting your money back

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Most banks post it within a few days. If it's been longer than that, email us.
